Cold Forging
Metal formed at room temperature into near-net shape. The grain flows rather than cuts, which gives a stronger part, a better surface and very little scrap. Our forging plants run 25,000 metric tonnes a year and are ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 accredited.

Hot Forging
Where the part is too large or too complex to form cold. Heating the billet allows deeper deformation and a wider choice of alloy, and gives the grain structure that load-bearing and safety-critical components need.

CNC turning and milling to your drawing, at 25 million pieces a year. Our machining plant carries ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949, and holds the tolerances and surface finishes that instrumentation, medical and automotive work demands.

Stamping & Fine Blanking
Progressive-die stamping for flat and formed sheet-metal parts, and fine blanking where the cut edge itself has to be a functional surface — square, burr-free and to tolerance without secondary machining. 30 million pieces a year.

Aluminium and zinc components with thin walls, complex internal features and a good as-cast finish, at 20 million pieces a year. Machining, surface treatment and sub-assembly can all be handled before the parts ship.

Metal powder compacted and sintered into intricate shapes with almost no machining and almost no waste — the economical route to gears, cams, bearings and structural parts at volume. 5,000 metric tonnes a year, ISO 9001 accredited.
